ABOUT
“Narratives shape the world. I help leaders shape the right ones.”

From the classrooms of IIT-BHU to the boardrooms of global health and policy, I’ve traversed industries and geographies with one goal: shaping conversations that matter.
My journey began in sales and marketing with India’s leading pharmaceutical companies—Ranbaxy and Lupin. But I soon realized my calling lay beyond transactions—in the stories, purpose, and policies that drive health ecosystems.
Over the last 25+ years, I’ve worked with global foundations, governments, and brands on challenges ranging from HIV/AIDS to immunization, NCDs, and health equity. In 2014, I founded SPAG, a purpose-driven health communications firm that grew into Asia’s most respected player in this space, culminating in its acquisition by FINN Partners in 2022.
I’ve trained hundreds of C-suite executives in messaging, media engagement, and crisis management. As a 2003 TED Fellow, I’ve championed the power of storytelling to heal, humanize, and influence.
I invest in ventures that align with impact and access, such as Eye-Q (affordable eye care), Discovery Schools (progressive education), and YogaTrail (wellness accessibility).
I continue to speak, write, and advise on reputation, leadership, health innovation, and responsible communication—anchored in purpose and driven by empathy.
